We don't use a boilerplate approach to consulting. We focus on your needs in context; then we pursue ideas that can solve them.

Occassionally we must provide a consulting report and then get out of the way while the organization implements the appropriate suggestions; that's just reality. Our preference, however, is to become a trusted partner and work with you through the tough stuff too.

Our consulting services are billed daily, hourly, or by the project, depending on your needs. We will work at your location or virtually.

Our standard consulting rate is $150 per hour or $1000 per day. We bill in quarter hour increments for partial days (6.5 hours or less). Our rates are negotiable for longer-term projects.

For projects requiring onsite assistance, we bill reasonable travel-related expenses. We do not bill for time traveling.

We also frequently provide services to clients for their customers on a subcontractor basis and can represent your organization in some of the tough situations that require a highly experience veteran learning pro.
