To register for an upcoming course, please contact us at 828.400.0333 or e-mail registration@rapide-learning.com.
If you need to cancel a class, you must do so at least 10 days prior to the start of class. Please see our Cancellation policy for details.
Online Classes
About one week prior to class, you will receive class details via e-mail and course materials by regular postal mail. If you do not receive your pre-class package at least one week prior to class, you must contact registration@rapide-learning.com or call 828.400.0333.
Onsite and Public Classes
About one week prior to class, you will receive class details via e-mail. Your course materials will be given to you at the start of the actual class.
By enrolling in one of our courses, you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions, which are really some common sense principles that guide fair play by both of us.
First of all, we (you and us) agree to conduct ourselves professionally in the class environment, whether live or virtual. We'll have fun when appropriate, and we'll be serious when appropriate, and we'll treat others and each other fairly. We will facilitate each others' learning.
We agree to lead the learning experience. You agree to participate in it and actively contribute to your own learning and that of others.
If you or we need to cancel or miss a class, we'll try to give the other as much advance notice as possible. Refunds will be guided by our cancellation policy.
The provider of the training facility (whether you or us) agrees to validate before class that the facility is ready for the learning experience and that the equipment is in order and properly functioning. This applies to live or virtual environments.
Unless we have executed a mutual non-disclosure agreement, we will not disclose proprietary information and we urge you to do the same. If it would be beneficial for the learning experience for proprietary information to be used or discussed in a session, we ask that you contact our president, Joe Fournier, to execute the appropriate legal documents prior to disclosing any proprietary information.
From time to time, we may adopt other terms and conditions, as appropriate.
Class Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be in writing (you can e-mail your cancellation request to registration@rapide-learning.com) or mail it to:

If you cancel more than 10 business days before your class, your tuition will be refunded minus a $75 processing fee. If you cancel fewer than 10 business days before your class or fail to show up for the class, you will not receive a refund.
Cancellation Due to Connectivity Issues
Prior to your online class, we will provide you with detailed instructions that will allow you to test your system and compatibility. If you follow the guidance in these instructions, you can be certain that you are able to attend the class for which you are enrolled.
If you are unable to attend an online class due to connectivity problems, software, or hardware issues, you may be issued a credit toward a future class. Credits must be used within one year of the date of the missed class. If no class is available, you may request a refund (minus a $75 processing fee and the costs of any materials and shipping). To request a credit or a refund due to technical issues preventing attendance, contact registration@rapide-learning.com for details.
Cancellation Due to Illness or Family Emergency (including job loss)
If you cancel your class due to illness or family emergency less than 10 business days before your class, depending upon the circumstances, we may issue you a credit to be used for a future class. Contact us at registration@rapide-learning.com with an explanation of your circumstance and we'll give it due consideration.
Cancellation Due to Instructor Problems
If your instructor is unable to attend the class for any reason, your class may be cancelled, or another instructor may teach the class (at our discretion). If your class is cancelled, you may be issued a credit to be used for a future class, or you may request a refund at no cost to you. If your class is cancelled, we will contact you with details regarding your choices, or you may contact registration@rapide-learning.com for immediate assistance and information.
Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
Our goal is to provide the highest satisfaction available through the training you receive. If you're not happy for any reason, let us know why. We do not offer refunds for classes once you have attended them, but we do take your feedback and customer satisfaction seriously.
If you are dissatisfied with one of our classes, you can request to take the class again for free within 30 days of your original class with a different instructor (if available). You can also request a credit you can use toward another class of equal or lesser value, or toward private consultation with one of our instructors or consultants.

Discounts: We maintain very competitive pricing. While the quality of our courses is the highest in the industry, our prices are typically among the lowest. That is because we manage costs and keep overhead at a minimum. If you register for multiple courses, or register more than three learners at the same time, we may be able to offer you a discount for some courses.
Payment: Payment can be made in the form of company check, pre-approved purchase order, or via PayPal. We are in the process of implementing other forms of payment. Please call for other options if necessary.
Custom Classes: We are learning experts able to accommodate virtually any type of learning experience. We have conducted sessions in large and small groups, online, and at conferences, including virtual conferences. Please don't hesitate to contact us with specific requests, even if they seem unusual. We like challenges.
